Gail Dill
Association Manager
Gail Dill, Executive Director of Management Assist,
has been the SD SHRM Association Manager since the spring
of 1995. She and her husband, Don, have a full service
company providing general association management, meeting
and conference planning, graphic design and layout,
newsletter and membership directory production, data
processing and survey work. Their association with SD
SHRM has made a very positive impact on its growth and
management. In addition to SD SHRM, Management Assist
currently provides services to two other organizations.
Gail and Don formed their company, Management Assist,
in 1994.
This is a second career for both of them, Don is a
retired Navy Captain and former pilot. His career took
Gail and their two children literally all over the world
with some interesting stops along the way. They spent
four years in Charleston, SC, and three years in Australia
where Don served as the Naval Attaché. Gail contributed
a great deal of time to the Navy, her children, various
charitable organizations, managed a bed and breakfast
and other income property along with selling real estate.
She has served as president of numerous organizations
and chaired many large fundraising events. She has a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a
minor in Advertising. Both of their children are married
and living in Southern California.
