Elizabeth Gibson, SPHR.
President

Elizabeth joined Lee Hecht Harrison in 2003, and has significant experience as a marketing and consultative sales professional in human capital solutions. She has been Client Engagement Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Account Manager for the San Diego office of LHH, and was awarded the Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2004.

Prior to LHH, Elizabeth was a Regional Education Account Executive for Thompson Learning, where she worked with colleges, universities, and K-12 districts in 14 states to integrate training software with their student and professional development programs. Elizabeth has also provided marketing consulting to clients in San Diego, Orange, and Sacramento counties for the last decade.

Currently, Elizabeth sits on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management, as well as the Board of Directors for Second Chance, and she publishes a regular column, Navigating HR, for the SD SHRM Resource Newsletter. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Irvine.

Elizabeth lives in San Elijo Hills with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Elizabeth writes travel articles, and is currently at work on a novel.
