Mary Glanville has been passionate about human capital in the life sciences industry since 1993. She is currently the Vice President, Human Capital at Anadys Pharmaceuticals where she has served for the past 7 years. Prior positions include: Director of Human Resources at Inflazyme Inc and Director of Human Resources at Inex Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining the life sciences industry, she held personnel and human resources positions at HBC Inc., and was a Systems Engineer for EDS of Canada.

Mary studied psychology at the University of Toronto and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Information System Management from the DeVry Institute of Technology. Mary has a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has received a Certified Human Resources Professional designation from the Canadian Human Resources Management Association. Mary is on the board of SDSHRM as well as the BEDC.
