Natasha Sandrock Arthur, PHR, CCP 

The daughter of a U.S. serviceman stationed abroad, Natasha Sandrock Arthur was born into a life of international travel living in Central America and Europe, where she attended High School and College, then worked for the Department of Defense in Germany for 10 years. Settling in San Diego in 1998, she quickly established herself as a highly qualified HR Professional, earning a Certificate in HR Management from Chapman University and her Professional Human Resources (PHR) in 1999 and her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) in 2004. Active in the HR community, Natasha has been a member of National SHRM since 2001 and San Diego SHRM since 1998. This is Natasha's fourth year serving as a SD SHRM Board Member.

Natasha is currently the Director, Human Resources for CaVU Consulting Inc. a consulting services organization providing contracting and program management support to the Department of Defense. In addition to her HR leader responsibilities at CaVU, she provides HR, Compensation, Recruiting and Wellness consulting to the private sector. Natasha is co-owner of Coronado Island Fitness and co-founder of OurGenesis Foundation, a non-profit organization.

A 26 time marathon runner, mountain climber and avid world traveler, Natasha completed her goal of running 7 marathons on 7 continents to raise money for charity in 2010, becoming a member of the 7 Continents Club. Natasha is also very active in her community, volunteering her time as a route driver with Mama's Kitchen. Natasha lives in Coronado with her husband and stepdaughter.
