SD SHRM Workplace Excellence Award
This year the UT, Workplace Dynamics, and San Diego SHRM are collaborating to recognize both the Top Workplaces in the region as evaluated by employees AND the 14th Annual Workplace Excellence Awards as evaluated by the HR expert judging panel assembled by SD SHRM to evaluate AN HR PRACTICE THAT CONTRIBUTED TO THE PROPER EXECUTION OR IMPLEMENTATION OF A STRATEGIC BUSINESS STRATEGY AND CREATED A POSTIVE BOTTOM LINE IMPACT.
Awards will be presented in the small, medium, large and mega categories with an overall grand award for which all sizes of business entrants are eligible. Please complete the nomination form at www.utsandiego.com/nominate. You will be contacted by a member of SD SHRM's "A" team to support you in completing this part of the application.

Here is an overview of the path to receiving a Workplace Excellence Award:
Step 1: Nominate your company
Step 2: Access the Application (your A-Team member will contact you with instructions)
Step 3: Complete your Application
Step 4: Judging
Step 5: Notification of Finalists and Medallion Winners.
Step 6: Awards Ceremony for the announcement of the Category Winners. See who was nominated last year.
