PROGRAM The overall objective is to familiarize HR managers and executives with the strategic link between human resource management and organizational performance outcomes through the lens of HR analytics. More specifically, the objectives of the course are:
* To provide course participants with an overview of HR analytics and the use of data to inform strategic HR decision making;
* To identify the connections between HR practices, employee outcomes, and organizational results;
* To identify how to measure the impact of HR initiatives and how to track the impact of HR activities over time
PRESENTER Christopher J. Collins is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) at Cornell University.
