Sponsors receive significant recognition prior to, during and after the event. The earlier you make your sponsorship commitment, the greater your exposure. Sponsors at higher levels receive additional considerations based on the level of commitment. Refer to each sponsorship level for more information. All conference sponsors receive the following recognition (provided commitment is made by the appropriate production deadlines):

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level in event-specific email promotions distributed to more than 1,000 HR professionals

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level on the event promotion page of the SD SHRM Web site

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level in ads promoting the event appearing in The Resource, SD SHRM’s monthly newsletter

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level in the “Thank You Sponsors” ad in the post event issue of The Resource, SD SHRM’s monthly newsletter, published after the event and distributed to SD SHRM’s nearly 1,000 members

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level in the printed program or schedule of events flier distributed to all attendees

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level on sponsor recognition signage at the event

• Company logo and recognition by sponsorship level on the screen during general sessions

• Discounts on program advertising and on ads in The Resource for issues immediately prior to and after the event (see sponsorship level for discount percentages)

• Complimentary Deluxe Exhibit Package (see package description for more information)

Title Sponsor, $10,000 (Limit One per Conference)

The Title Sponsor receives the most prominent recognition, with significant branding as the top sponsor of the conference. In addition to the significant recognition provided to all sponsors outlined above, the conference title sponsor receives the following additional recognition and considerations (provided commitment is made by the appropriate production deadlines):

• Exclusive: Company logo and title sponsor recognition on the cover of the conference marketing brochure mailed to nearly 4,000 HR professionals

• First right of refusal to place a black & white ad on the back of the marketing brochure (below the mail panel) for an additional $1,000 investment (If the title sponsor passes on this opportunity, presenting sponsors will be offered the option)

• Exclusive: Company logo and title sponsor recognition on the cover of the printed program distributed to all attendees at registration

• Complimentary Banner ad with premium placement in all conference-specific marketing emails distributed by SD SHRM

• Complimentary Banner ad with top-of-page placement on the conference information page of the SD SHRM Web site

• Opportunity to address attendees for up to five minutes from the main stage during the opening general session

• Sponsorship recognition with company logo on opening general session signage

• Company literature (one piece) distributed to attendees at the opening general session

• First choice of location of complimentary exhibit table

• Up to eight complimentary registrations to the conference (including the registration included in the deluxe exhibit package) for representatives of the sponsoring company

• 50 percent discount on advertising in the conference program and The Resource

Presenting Sponsor, $7,500 (Limited Number Available Based on Event Schedule)

In addition to the significant recognition provided to all sponsors outlined above, conference presenting sponsors receive the following additional recognition and considerations:

• Complimentary Box ad with premium placement in all conference-specific marketing emails distributed by SD SHRM

• Complimentary Box ad with premium placement on the conference information page of the SD SHRM Web site

• Opportunity to address attendees for up to five minutes from the main stage during a conference general session or lunch

• Sponsorship recognition with company logo on general session or lunch signage where the presenting sponsor addresses attendees

• Company literature (one piece) distributed to attendees during the general session or lunch where the presenting sponsor addresses attendees

• Choice of location of complimentary exhibit table, on a first-come, first-served basis after the title sponsor has chosen its space

• Up to six complimentary registrations to the conference (including the registration included in the deluxe exhibit package) for representatives of the sponsoring company

• 35 percent discount on advertising in the conference program and The Resource

Contributing Sponsor, $3,500

In addition to the significant recognition provided to all sponsors outlined above, conference contributing sponsor receives the following additional recognition and considerations:

• Complimentary Box ad in all conference-specific marketing emails distributed by SD SHRM

• Complimentary Box ad with placement on the conference information page of the SD SHRM Web site

• Choice of location of complimentary exhibit table, on a first-come, first-served basis after the title and presenting sponsors have chosen their space

• Choice of reception, breakfast, refreshment break or breakout session room sponsorship on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability at the time the sponsorship commitment is made

• Up to three complimentary registrations to the conference (including the registration included in the deluxe exhibit package) for representatives of the sponsoring company

• 15 percent discount on advertising in the conference program and The Resource

Conference Branding Opportunities

Build your brand by placing your company logo on attendee registration materials. These branding opportunities are separate from sponsorship opportunities and do not include recognition as a conference sponsor. If you have a logo item not listed below that you think our attendees would like to receive when they register, contact our staff to discuss options. Branding opportunities include:

Attendee Pad Folios, $500 + Production Costs

Your company’s logo will be highly visible throughout the conference and long after the event because attendees will use these pad folios at work. If you already have enough pad folios with your company logo on them, you can simply provide those to us and avoid production costs.

Branded Bags, $600 + Production Costs

Lanyards, $300 + Production Costs
