Registration

When you select the "Register Today" button, you will need to log-in with your San Diego SHRM log-in information to receive member rates. Non-members will need to log-in as a guest to register. ATD members will receive a discount code to get the member rate.

We are also asking on the Registration Page for you to pre-select the concurrent session you are most interested in at this point, don’t worry, you can change your mind later, we are asking for space planning purposes only.

San Diego SHRM and ATD Members

If you are a San Diego SHRM member, you must be logged into your member account to receive the correct rate. If you are a member of ATD, you must enter your discount code on the second page of registration in the field labeled, "Promo Code." Once you enter your discount code, you will see the correct discounted price.

Confirmation Process

Upon completion of your paid registration, you will be sent a receipt to the email address provided for the credit card holder. A separate confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided for the registrant.


Refund/Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@sdshrm.org or via fax to 619-243-1353. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund up to seven (7) days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received fewer than seven (7) days prior to the event.


Substitutions/Transfers

Substitutions are permitted by emailing the name of your replacement to info@sdshrm.org prior to the start of the event. If the substitute is not a a San Diego SHRM member and the initial registrant paid at the member rates, the difference between the member and the nonmember rate will be due prior to the start of the event.
