THIS WAY TO WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE APPLICATION
The Workplace Excellence Event was created and has evolved from an opportunity to educate and enlighten San Diego business leaders on the value and contributions that exceptional HR practices can make to the success and profitability of an organization.
The primary goals of the event are to (1) promote the HR profession and the Chief HR Officer as a strategic partner and member of the executive team and (2) underscore the importance of the role of effective HR leadership to the successful performance of organizations.
Employees can nominate their company as a “Great Place to Work” either through this website or nomination advertisements in the San Diego Union Tribune. Company nominations are then substantiated by applications completed by the nominated company. Companies are divided into four categories; Small companies – less than 149 employees; Midsize companies-150-629 employees; Large companies-630-1300 employees and Megasize companies-1301+ employees.

Step 3: Complete Your Application
