Not only will COVID-19 litigation continue for years, but employers are facing face new regulations and laws from Sacramento. This webinar will update you on the litigation trends that we are seeing in light of COVID-19 and the hot issues employers are likely to face—including what steps they can take in order to protect themselves. Session Objectives - Identify the key litigation trends—and risks—that California employers are seeing coming out of the pandemic.
- Learn how to address and mitigate potential risks. This will focus particularly on how to comply with California’s wage and hour laws in returning to work (including potential COVID-19-related issues), leave issues, and accommodation concerns post-pandemic.
- Discuss latest legislation and compliance requirements, including the return of Supplemental Paid Sick Leave, so that employers can be up-to-date.
