Rachelle Snook in her current role as the Global Talent Director at WD-40 Company, Rachelle partners with leaders in 13 countries in the design and delivery of talent acquisition strategies/methodologies, employment branding, workforce planning and organizational design to support the company’s strategic initiatives and brand growth.  In addition, Rachelle is the Corporate HR Partner for the company’s Asia Pacific trading bloc.

Rachelle’s HR and recruiting career spans all continents and professional levels across diverse functions and industries to include biotech/pharmaceutical, human resources, service, hospitality, manufacturing, banking, consumer goods, retail, technology and not-for-profit.

Paul Falcone (www.PaulFalconeHR.com) is a bestselling leadership author and currently the chief human resources officer for the Motion Picture and Television Fund (MPTF) in Woodland Hills, CA. Prior to joining MPTF, Paul served as head of HR for Nickelodeon and head of international HR for Paramount Pictures.  He’s worked in healthcare/biotech and financial services as well, including in Fortune 500, non-profit, international, and union environments.  Paul’s books include 96 Great Interview Questions to Ask Before You Hire, 101 Tough Conversations to Have with Employees, 101 Sample Write-Ups for Documenting Employee Performance Problems, and 2600 Phrases for Effective Performance Reviews.  He’s a regular contributor to SHRM’s HR Magazine and a top-rated presenter. 

Eve Nasby is the President of Bands of Hands. She is a driven entrepreneur who has invested the last 30 years of her career in the Talent Acquisition space. From Senior Leadership roles with Global Staffing firms to owning her our Executive Search firm, Eve has a solid pulse on where the talent market has been, where it is today, and where it is going. She has hosted/co-hosted three TV shows, and 3 radio shows in San Diego whose focus was employment, Talent Acquisition and Veteran transition issues. Eve is a passionate supporter of veterans, spouses, and writes columns on veteran career transition for San Diego Veteran Magazine and Homeland Magazine that reaches 4MM readers monthly. She is a proud graduate of Purdue University.

Eve volunteers with her daughter at military events singing the National Anthem. She also enjoys golfing, playing piano and serving at her church.

 

Chris Gladheim is Vice President, Human Resources, at Senior Resource Group. He and his team provide HR business partner support in the areas of organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention in support of 3,300 employees, managers, and leaders at 33 locations across the United States. Chris is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and has served in many HR roles at global organizations in multiple industries including semiconductor (ASML), aerospace & defense (General Atomics), financial services (Asset Marketing Systems), and wireless communications (Nokia Mobile).
