This session will explore the primary areas of potential liability associated with remote work, breakdown compliance requirements, and outline suggestions for creating an effective remote work program. Jennifer P. Suberlak is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ San Diego office. Her practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation.
