San Diego SHRM is the local chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Since 1945, we have supported business professionals with the resources they need to excel in their careers. Membership opens the door to meaningful networking opportunities, timely HR legislation updates, access to our HR career center, and professional development designed to help you grow.

In 2021, San Diego SHRM became a 100% membership chapter, meaning all chapter members are also members of the national SHRM organization.
