Conference Branding Opportunities

Build your brand by placing your company logo on attendee registration materials. These branding opportunities are separate from sponsorship opportunities and do not include recognition as a conference sponsor. If you have a logo item not listed below that you think our attendees would like to receive when they register, contact our staff to discuss options. Branding opportunities include:

Branded Bags, $500 + Production Costs

Your company’s logo will be highly visible throughout the conference and long after the event because attendees tend to keep conference registration bags, using them at home and at work. If you already have enough suitable bags with your company logo on them, you can simply provide those to us and avoid production costs (please check with our staff to make sure your bags are suitable) or our staff will provide you with several bag styles and pricing so that you can decide how much or how little to spend on production. You will receive any extra bags we have left over after the event.

Lanyards, $300 + Production Costs SOLD!

Your company’s logo will be highly visible throughout the conference because every attendee will be wearing a lanyard! If you already have enough lanyards with your company logo on them, you can simply provide those to us and avoid production costs or our staff will provide you with color options so you can pick the color that goes best with your brand. You will receive any extra lanyards we have left over after the event.

 

Advertising Opportunities

Put your brand in our attendees hands with a Registration bag insert!  Submit one piece of literature or promotional item in conference bags for all attendees.  $250 non exhibitors, $125 exhibitors
