The Role of Real Estate in Organizational Culture October 24, 2019 1:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. The goal of the talk will be to remind the audience of the impact that the physical work space can have on employee engagement and happiness, and to share specific examples and innovations that companies could adopt and apply in their workplace settings.
John Jarvis has been representing California companies in high value commercial real estate projects since 1986. John earns the trust of a loyal clientele with a consistent combination of hard work, thought leadership, diligence, tenacity and humility. Simply put, John helps organizations to make better real estate decisions. John’s project experience includes all aspects of corporate real estate including strategic planning, workplace strategy, space programming, lease and purchase negotiations, build-to-suit and project team leadership. John serves an additional role at Hughes Marino as Vice President, Leadership Development, in which role John has developed a training program and travels to the various Hughes Marino offices to lead training with the teams. John studied business economics and English at the University of California, Santa Barbara. John has served on various boards of management including the Make A Wish Foundation, the La Jolla High School Foundation, the San Diego Rowing Club and YMCA Overnight Camps. |
