CHAPTER MANAGEMENT San Diego SHRM professional services are provided by the Culpepper Management Group. Culpepper Management Group (CMG) delivers professional services to Associations across the country. For twenty-five years, CMG has provided clients with the solutions they need to grow, stabilize, redirect, consolidate, and meet challenging goals. CMG partners with volunteer leaders to support governance, policy development, and strategic direction-setting. CMG’s highly trained professional staff then becomes accountable for the management and operations of the organizations they serve. Their expertise allows association leadership to focus on the strategies of growth and success while CMG manages the business of the association.
