Evaluate the demonstrated link between HR initiatives and organizational goals (e.g., revenue growth, productivity, retention, profitability). Consider the use of data and measurable outcomes showing quantifiable improvements, and evidence that people-related strategies drive high performance.
Assess novel or creative approaches to HR challenges. Look for a willingness to experiment with new solutions or technologies and the adaptability and future-focused thinking that sets your organization apart.
Consider the clarity of planning, roll-out, and communication strategies; stakeholder buy-in and
cross-functional collaboration; and the consistency and sustainability of HR initiatives over time.
Evaluate the strength of your workplace culture (e.g., diversity, inclusion, morale, recognition) and
the demonstrable impact on engagement metrics (e.g., eNPS, survey scores, turnover, retention).
Also, consider how your organization supports employee well-being, work/life balance, or
development.
Assess the degree of senior leader involvement in shaping and championing HR programs, the
alignment of HR strategies with the corporate vision and mission, and evidence of top-level
accountability and resource commitment.
