San Diego SHRM is proud to introduce a dedicated space for our community’s most experienced in-house HR leaders - a thoughtfully curated community designed for strategic dialogue, trusted connection, fellowship, and forward-thinking leadership.

The Executive/Top Level HR Community brings together CHROs, VPs of HR, and senior People leaders who are shaping the future of work across San Diego.

This forum is intentionally designed for HR professionals who:

Serve in a senior-level, in-house HR leadership role
Bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience
Influence organizational strategy and executive decision-making

This is not about exclusivity , it is about shared context. When leaders operating at similar levels gather, conversations go deeper, challenges are navigated more openly, and collective insight becomes more impactful.

Participation is by invitation to ensure alignment, trust, and meaningful peer exchange. If you are interested in attending, please complete the interest form to be considered for participation.

This community will be intentionally limited to 30 members to preserve depth of connection and meaningful dialogue. The group will gather in person quarterly, creating space for focused conversation and relationship-building, with additional opportunities for connection and engagement between meetings.
