In Part 3 of the Leadership Series, participants will engage in a learning workshop focused on the practical implementation of leadership principles learned in Session 1, which addressed leadership within oneself, and Session 2, which explored leadership among peers through psychological safety to enhance operational performance. Building on insights from Part 2, where participants examined the transformative power of psychological safety and psychosocial risks and their impact on team dynamics,this session will present real-world examples that illustrate cultivating a trusted leadership environment. This session will be led-by and showcase strategic ideas from, Rady Children’s Hospital, one of our local organizations deeply involved and fully committed to this work.
 
The ultimate goal is to equip HR professionals with outcome-based approaches that can enhance their operational performance and drive collaboration, as the most pressing question isn’t why leadership matters, but how it truly looks in action. Please join us, for this interactive session.
