This family-friendly celebration unites thousands of Superheroes from across San Diego to support opportunities for those with autism in our community, and features a 5K Run/Walk, a One-Mile Family Fun Walk, and our always-popular Resource Fair. By participating you are making a difference and funding critical programs — from early identification and classroom support to job training, enrichment programs, educational initiatives, and employer training. Thank you for your support of the Race for Autism. Your support helps empower real-life heroes every day! Race Day registration, Preregistration, Start and Finish lines, stage, music and Resource Fair are all located in the grassy area on the south side of Laurel between 6th Ave and Balboa Drive. This is the west entrance to Balboa Park.MAP
Plan to arrive EARLY to park and walk over to the Stage/ Start Line. We will be closing streets in Balboa Park and on 6th Ave.by 7:00 AM.

DANCE WARM UP:**Join us at the Stage! We will have a fun dance warm up in front of the Stage starting at 7:05 AM to get everyone ready for the 5K Run and Walk.
NATIONAL ANTHEM:Please join us at the Start Line at 7:15 AM for the National Anthem.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION:Persons can register on-site on Race day morning. Look for the “Day of Race” Registration sign.
ALREADY REGISTERED: Go to “Preregistration" to pick up your Race bib first. You need a bib to pick up your Race T-shirt.
