Sarah Calfee is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Calfee HR Consulting. She currently serves on the board for the San Diego Society of Human Resources Management as the President-Elect. Sarah has 25 years of corporate America HR experience in technology, manufacturing, retail, and other sectors in companies ranging from small, early start-ups to large, mature organizations. Her background is generalist in nature with a personal passion for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity (DIBE).  Sarah served five years on a corporate Inclusion Team Steering Committee, was certified as a Diversity Trainer through DTUI, and was the Diversity Committee Chair for SDSHRM in 2020. She enjoys speaking and writing about DIBE and other topics related to helping people communicate and make decisions from a kind and ethical perspective.
