Erick Becker heads up the Labor and Employment practice at Cummins and White.  He has practiced in the field since 1988, both as an attorney and as the CEO of a labor and human resources consulting firm.  He enjoys the challenge of navigating the ever changing laws and regulations governing employment, and counsels businesses from both a legal and practical standpoint on maintaining compliance and minimizing risks from employment claims.  He is an instructor on "Human Resources and the Law" for the UCI Human Resources Management Certification program and regularly speaks on employment topics for trade and professional groups.
