Pay Equity and Salary History Bans

November 7, 2018

10:45 am - 11:45 am

Loggia Room

Employees are on the attack and salary disparities are the target. Although discrimination laws have long prevented gender discrimination in pay, new laws require greater transparency by employers, prohibit practices that may perpetuate disparities, and make it easier for employees to file suit. This seminar details prohibitions and requirements on employers during the hiring process and sets forth best practices to ensure compliance.
