| Description |
The San Diego SHRM HR Community Fund was established during the COVID-pandemic to support local HR professionals that have been directly impacted by the pandemic. Donations to this fund are non tax deductible, but rather a generous support of local HR professionals helping fellow local HR professionals. Qualified recipients are those who have been laid off or in-transition and need financial assistance to remain a member of the San Diego SHRM Community and retain their professional development and emotional support from their local HR Community.
